We are a team of healthcare professionals united in our goal to help you reach your full potential.
With a strong focus on brain and mental health, we aim to support not only your emotional well-
being but also your physical health.

Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working within a family health team, collaborating with a diverse range of skilled healthcare professionals. This experience has allowed me to develop a solid foundation in a holistic, multi-faceted approach to healing.
I approach my clinical work much like my personal life: with an openness to new possibilities, innovative ways of supporting others, and a willingness to receive support. Over the years, I’ve gravitated toward therapeutic models grounded in neurobiology while remaining explorative and deeply respectful of each individual’s unique experience.
As a trained marriage and family therapist, I integrate a family systems perspective into my work, focusing primarily on helping adults and couples foster more fulfilling personal and professional relationships. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and family systems-based, customized to meet each client’s unique history, strengths, and goals.
I align most closely with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness-based therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed modalities.
My ongoing desire to explore innovative methods led me to discover NeurOptimal® neurofeedback during the pandemic, and I became a certified trainer. This brain training technology supports both mental and physical healing. My goal is to empower individuals to reach their full potential and witness their personal transformation.
If you’re feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to break, or simply want to enhance your emotional well-being, I would be honored to connect and support you on your journey.

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and find healing. I have over 20 years experience working in community and Family Health Teams with a primary focus on Mental Health.
With additional training and experience in Cognitive - Behavioural Therapy (CBT), grief counseling, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), and NeurOptimal Neurofeedback, I offer a holistic approach to mental and emotional well-being. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques and a personalized approach, I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can heal, grow, and rediscover their inner strength.
With a focus on understanding the unique needs of each individual, I work collaboratively with clients to develop effective strategies for emotional regulation, trauma resolution, and overall mental health. Whether you're facing the pain of grief, struggling with emotional or physical distress, or seeking to optimize your brain’s functioning for greater well-being, I am here to guide and support you through your healing journey. I am available evenings and weekends.

I’m a Registered Social Worker and I hold a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University. I have over 25 years of experience working in the community, providing assessment and treatment for children, teens, and their families. More recently, I’ve expanded my practice to also support adults. My work has taken place in a variety of settings, including primary care, hospitals, and the school board.
I work with children and teens aged 9 and up, and I have experience supporting a wide range of needs. I’m especially passionate about working with children and teens who are experiencing anxiety, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, specific fears, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I also support young people and their families who are navigating challenges related to mood (including suicidal ideation and self-harm), self-regulation, grief, school concerns, family dynamics, stress, body image, and self-esteem.
I also work with adults in a variety of areas, including parenting, anxiety, mood, and stress.
My approach is informed by a range of evidence-based therapies that are strength-based, trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and client-centred. I have completed certificates in multiple therapeutic frameworks and draw from techniques in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT, including Exposure and Response Prevention/ERP), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Therapy.
I bring a creative, passionate, and caring approach to my work with clients. I recognize the courage it takes to reach out for support, and I deeply value the trusting relationship between client and counsellor. People who work with me often describe me as genuine, down-to-earth, empathetic, non-judgmental, and compassionate.
